03 Kampong Marijo! is a waterfont mixed use project dedicated to support the welfare
and sustainability of Sindulang Satu fishing community. Kampong Marijo! is expected
Kampong Marijo! to bring up another side of Manado tourism. Themed archipelago, this project wants to
bring visitors to have unforgetable experiences from the bottom of the sea to the top of
A new side of Manado tourism the mountain. The organic design tries to remove usual residential tower typology and
becomes the attraction itself.
