Thematic implementation in the building
is divided into two zones. Adjusting to its
function, building’s podium is designed
to have underwater nuance and the
residential towers are designed to have
tropical island nuance. The division of
zones creates a variety of different and
sequenced spatial experiences for visitors.
Walking from ground floor to upper floor,
visitors can feel as if they are swimming
upwards towards the sea surface.
