Classroom and Student Lounge // 17-18
This coastal educational program is focused on educating the fishermen and local children,
then serves for public and commercial interest. Sitting arrangement is circular for the best
interaction in informal learning. Class capacity is about 23 people for theory class and 15
people with desk for practical class.

Ramped Library // 03
The library extends from 1st floor to 2nd floor by walking ramp, available for public use. The
idea is to show that library can be a fun place to hangout first, then the will to read will come
as people feel comfortable there.
