Spatial Arrangement.
Homestay program in vertical village is something new. To maintain close interaction
between tourists and local residents within limited area, a system of coupled units
is used. Tourist and local resident units are located side by side with a connecting
terrace where interaction takes place without disturbing any privacy.

Considering the efficiency of spatial use, several unit types are flexible either for
homestay use or prospective new residents.
