BACKGROUND
Sitting in public area is an activity that shows the quality
of human relationships in public places. Physical distancing
during the New Normal is a form of adaptation to the Covid-19
pandemic. Sit and Safe explores the various possibilities of sitting
in public places while maintaining health protocols. The spatial
configuration of Sit and Safe started with the idea of how people
can continue to follow the protocol but still maintain the quality of
social interactions. The spatial configuration also considers the
condition of potential users from individuals to groups.
