Design Strategy

01. Hierarchy
The layout of building function is
considered based on density and water
needs.

02. Skyline
Building skyline adapts to the needs of
morning sunlight and views from and
to surroundings, such as: pelangi hill,
reclamation, and Tondano river.

03. Entry and orientation
Building mass is curved inward at entry Pedestrian entry
points. Building orientation is facing Vehicle entry
Service entry
the reclamation in consideration for
accessibility and view.

04. Aerodynamic
Rotating the module 45 degrees makes
the tower texture jagged, improving
aerodynamics and diffusing strong winds
to be smoother and more comfortable for
settlements on Pelangi Hill and offices on
reclamation.
