Visitor Attractor &
Connectivity

The idea of this top view is to show how
LinQ is integrated to its surrounding
(TOD point, surrounding buildings, paths)
to create the sense of connectivity for
pedestrian and commuters. It can be seen
how the mutualistic relationship happens
when the commuters and MKG visitors
pass by La Piazza (start getting less
visitors) as shortcut to LinQ or parking lot
and vice versa. For LinQ workers, passing
by La Piazza as shortcut provides safety,
comfort, and more lively travel from LRT
station.
