Professional photography helps show your home to its full potential. Below are
images from our MLS that was not professionally shot, and next to it, one that was.

All listings have a virtual tour, but some homes need what we call lifestyle videos. This is
used when a property has features that wouldn’t necessarily be noticed to its fullest
without. Maybe you live on a lake and want to show the water sport uses, your home is in
a private airpark, or has other recreational uses. We will chat with you about the needs for

your property at out listing appointment.

When we market your home, we are actually trying to sell it 3x. The first time we

are selling it online, to agents and buyers. The second time is in person when they
step into the home and feel like this is the home for them. The third time is when
a potential buyer is showing the home to their friends and family and getting a
third party opinion.
