TRANSPARENCY






              The biggest frustration for home sellers is lack of communication. We
              pride ourselves with being transparent throughout the real estate process
              and this is how.


              Pre-Listing Communication
                   Paperwork for your listing will be emailed to you to sign via our secure
                   online system or we will provide you with a physical copy to sign.  You
                   will receive a copy of everything you sign.
                   Photography appointments, cleaners, staging and whatever else
                   needed for you listing will be scheduled and communicated with you.
                   You won't even have to attend the appointments if you do not wish.
                   Photos and marketing details will be sent to you prior to going live

                   with listing for your approval.


              Active Listing
                   We will notify you as soon as your listing goes live on the MLS.
                   You will get notifications via text, email, or phone whenever someone
                   wants to view your property and you can respond to it with a press of
                   a button to approve, decline, or reschedule.
                   We will contact you with feedback as soon as we get it from the
                   showing agent(s), you will also receive a weekly email with showing
                   feedback, marketing results from websites, open houses, and more.


              Pending Listing
                   We will communicate with you regarding the scheduling of the
                   inspection and appraisal.

                   Keep you updated on all transaction details, this includes contingency
                   deadlines, inspection negotiations if applicable, and the status of the
                   appraisal.
                   Escrow will contact you for signing when its time to close.


              Closed Listing
                   After transaction is closed and recorded you will receive and final
                   statement.
                   You will get invites from us for our client events.
