             Market  Analysis.  This  is  done  by  finding  5  comparable  properties  in  these  categories;
             Active  Listings,  Pending  Listings,  and  Sold  Listings.  Active  Listings  are  your  direct
             competition as they are the homes people will be viewing along with yours and directly

             comparing. Pending Listings are possible competition, if they still need inspection or for
             the  buyers  to  get  financing,  those  listings  could  end  up  being  direct  competition.Sold
             Listings show us what people are paying for homes in your area and how long they were
             on market before selling so we can help you find a price that fits your Urgency of selling.

             To  prepare  for  your  listing  there  are  a  few  steps.  First,  we  will  schedule  a  staging
             appointment, for our stager to come by. If you are living in your home they will help you
             identify  what  should  be  packed  up  now,  and  if  needed  get  supplemental  furniture,
             artwork,  lighting  and  accessories.  If  vacant  we  will  stage  the  Living,  Dining,  Kitchen,
             Master  and  Master  bath.  Next,  we  will  schedule  cleaning  and  photography

             appointments  to  work  around  staging  delivery  date.  If  you  are  taking  advantage  of
             discount services from our Platz Home Services division to get your home ready to list,
             we  will  work  around  that  schedule  for  you  also.  So  you  have  a  seamless  Pre-Listing
             experience.
