Frank Chaviano is a Real Estate Broker and Executive with the Platz Group.
He states, it is an honor to be associated with the Platz Group which is in the top 1% of sales for all
brokers in the United States. For 13 years prior to joining the Platz Group, Mr. Chaviano was an
executive, leading top-performing teams for a Global Commercial Real Estate firm. During his tenure,
he assisted industry-leading Fortune 100 clients such as Intel, Amazon, Kaiser Permanente, Adventist
Health West, Kindred Healthcare ExxonMobil Deutsche Bank and Citibank. His experience includes
strategic Corporate Real Estate Facilities Management in North America and Internationally.
Joining the Platz Group became an extremely easy decision, for Mr. Chaviano, who experienced first-
