something, always put it in writing as Sevens may forget what was agreed to, moving as quickly as they do, not focusing on all the details.
§ Focus on the optimistic or upside of your request or message. Keep your tone upbeat. Try not to harp. Pick your battles wisely. If you need to discuss something unpleasant, request that you need a time to resolve an issue, schedule it and then hold them to it.
§ If you send them an email or text and you don’t get a response, it’s most likely because they haven’t read it. Sevens are often spread thin and time can be a factor. Resend it or try a different mode of communication.

is to take advantage of as many opportunities for fun and enjoyment as they can. These opportunities can reveal themselves at work, they can come through their personal life, but they just want to have a good time with whatever they’re doing. They love a good meal, a good conversation, a good party, they just like to enjoy their life. And when they’re in Best Self, this desire to enjoy life and be happy really takes on some really wonderful, wonderful characteristics, as do all of the PRINTs.
So in Best Self, Sevens have high energy and they take full advantage of fun and interesting opportunities and projects that come their way. They thrive on stimulation and action. These folks are always on the go, they live a fast-paced lifestyle so they can experience as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. What is very interesting about them is that the more they do, the more energy they have, and for Sevens staying busy has a purpose. It keeps them from getting bored. Their spontaneity is another way they keep from getting bored.
Highly spontaneous, Sevens really love the rush of something new and exciting coming their way. They’re not intimidated by change or new prospects. They tend to take advantage of them. Another thing about them is that they like to get by with just enough information. So don’t bog them down with too many details; it really can work against them sometimes. That is one of the ways that they’re able to avail themselves of so many things. They don’t necessarily go that deep into them so that they can take on more—they go more on a broader brush rather than going very deep in one concentrated area.
When Sevens become so compulsive about avoiding negativity and boredom, this is when some of their Shadow behaviors come out. They can become overly impulsive, just have a really tough time saying no to new experiences because they don’t want to miss out on anything. Their energetic and active side, which is a great thing, can turn into hyperactivity and a constant flurry of activity, the kind that makes your head spin.
