Addressed during 63rd Biennial Conference

The Grand Lodge Constitution and By-laws Committee received eight (8) proposed amendments to the Constitution and
By-laws for consideration, review, and a recommendation to the Delegates of the 63rd National Biennial Conference. The
following information demonstrates the action taken on each of these amendments by the Conference Delegates.
Amendment 1 – Submitted by the National Board of Trustees
This amendment proposed to eliminate the 10% delinquency fee for Lodges that fail to pay their per capita on time.
