• 3-4 tbsp olive oil
• 2-3 tbsp Gyros spice
• 4 pita pockets
• 1/4 cucumber
• 2-3 tomatoes
• 250 g (10.5 oz) white cabbage (ready to eat)
• 1 red onions
• 1/2 iceberg lettuce
• small jar back olives
• 1 portion vegan Tzatziki (recipe up on the blog)
