           Fall Eastern Region Executive Board Meeting
           Scheduled and attended the Fall Eastern Region Executive Board Meeting at the Newark
           International Marriott Hotel located in Hillside New Jersey for Oct. 26, 2019 from 2:00-7:00
           PM. Eastern Regional Officers and 3 Chapter Basilei were invited to the meeting to discuss
           membership.

           February Council Meeting
           We met with 139 Sorors at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana Hotel in Christiana, Delaware
           from Feb. 21-26, 2020 to plan the 2020 Eastern Regional Conference and offer professional
           development and trainings. All Chapter and YES Activity Reports for 2019 will be submitted
           to Regional Chairs and the Eastern Regional Epistoleus by January 30, 2020.


           72nd Eastern Region Youth Conference
           Youth Conference Site Visit, Crown Plaza Hotel, King of Prussia on Dec. 6, 2020.
           The Crown Plaza Hotel in King of Prussia, PA canceled the ER Youth Conference due to
           COVID-19.  The hotel made arrangements to refund the $26,000 deposit by June 30, 2020.


           Founders’DayProgram
           Participated in first ever Virtual National Torch Lighting Ceremony on May 23, 2020. Hosted
           the first ever Eastern Regional Founders’ Day Celebration on May 23, 2020. Attended ER/
           Chapter Activities via Zoom:
