business and/ or Company time unless they are using a hands-free device at all times. Violating
               this is a violation of law and a violation of Company rules.

               COMPANY PROPERTY AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

               Computers, Internet, Email and Other Resources
               For purposes of these  policies, the  following definitions apply: “Computers” are  defined as
               desktop computers, laptops,  handheld devices (including  but not limited to  iPhones, smart
               phones, iPads, and other electronic tablets and cell phones), computer software/hardware and
               servers provided by the Company. DELFI also uses various forms of “electronic communication.”
               “Electronic communications” includes e-mail, text or instant messages, telephones, cell phones
               and other handheld devices (such as smart phones, writing tablets or iPads), fax machines, and
               online services including the Internet. “Electronic information” is any information created by an
               employee using computers or any means of electronic communication, including but not limited
               to, data, messages, multimedia data, and files.

               The following general policies apply:
                   ●  Computers and all data transmitted through DELFI servers are Company property owned
                       by the Company for the purpose of conducting Company business.  These items must be
                       maintained according to DELFI rules and regulations. Computers must be kept clean, and
                       employees must exercise care to prevent loss and damage. Prior authorization must be
                       obtained before any Company  property,  other than Company-provided laptops and
                       cellphones, may be removed from the premises.
                   ●  All electronic communications and information also remain the sole property of DELFI.
                       For example, email and slack messages are considered Company records.
                   ●  Confidential, proprietary and/or non-public information stored in DELFI computers and
                       file servers is the  property of  the Company and may not  be  distributed outside the
                       Company in any form whatsoever without the written permission of your supervisor.
                   ●  Violation of any of the provisions of this policy, whether intentional or not, will subject
                       DELFI employees to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
               DELFI reserves the right to inspect all Company property, including computers, offices and desks,
               without notice to the employee and at any time, not necessarily in the employee’s presence, to
               ensure compliance with its rules and regulations or for any other reason in the ordinary course
               of business. DELFI computers and all electronic communications and  electronic information
               (including internet activity) are subject to monitoring, and no one should expect privacy regarding
               such use. In connection with all legitimate Company purposes  (including compliance with law
               enforcement requests  and applicable laws, protection of Company assets, or  to reduce demands
               on company e mail systems and  storage capabilities, to ensure that no misuse or violation of
               Company  policy or  any  law occurs),  the Company  reserves the  right to access, review and
               monitor electronic  files, information, messages, text or instant  messages, e-mail, Internet
               history, browser-based   webmail systems and  other digital archives and  to   access, review,
               monitor, filter, delete and disclose all  information sent or received through or stored in the
               Company systems. Assume that e-mail and slack may be accessed, forwarded, read or heard by
