Green Mountain Research Employee Handbook

               Introductory Statement

This handbook is designed to acquaint you with Green Mountain Research (GMR) and provide

you with information about working conditions, employee benefits, and some of the policies
affecting your employment. You should read, understand, and comply with all provisions of the
handbook. It describes many of your responsibilities as an employee and outlines the programs
developed by GMR to benefit employees. One of our objectives is to provide a work
environment that is conducive to both personal and professional growth.

No employee handbook can anticipate every circumstance or question about policy. As GMR
continues to grow, the need may arise and GMR reserves the right to revise, supplement, or
rescind any policies or portions of the handbook from time to time as it deems appropriate, in
its sole and absolute discretion. Employees will be notified of such changes to the handbook as

               they occur.

               Company History

Albion W. Knight IV (“AI”), a Birmingham, Alabama native, began his career following
graduation from the University of Southern California with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and
an MS in Mechanical Engineering. Relocating to the Huntsville area in 2002, Al entered the
workforce as an engineer with a prominent employee-owned government contracting firm.
After several years, the firm underwent reorganization to become publicly traded. He
subsequently decided to leave the large company environment and set out to form his own
company. In 2009 GMR was formed as a developer of instrumentation and automation
solutions for the defense, aerospace, and industrial marketspace.

Al sought and was granted subcontract work for the Intelligence Community. With the
contributions of dedicated and talented employees, GMR quickly became a respected supplier
for instrumentation hardware and software and prototyping. The company began to grow and
obtained additional contracts with work for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, in addition to
               ongoing and growing Intelligence subcontracts.

As the company grew, the need for additional office and lab space became an issue. In April of
2020, GMR negotiated and began relocation to the current company facility. Following
extensive remodeling and build-out, GMR moved into the new space located at 8400 South
Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL. Now with space to grow, GMR is poised to land additional
government contracts, develop new commercial products and become a recognized leader in
               the instrumentation market.
