craw sh but not Science. Yes, we do have all of the interests

that make Louisiana one of a kind including a unique Bass
Pro Shop, great food, and an Award Winning Antique District;

but what you may not know is we are home to a Nobel Prize
recipient LIGO (Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave

Observatory). LIGO received the Nobel Prize in Physics for their recent discovery of gravitational waves and

was also designated in 2018 as a Historic Physics Site by the American Physical Society. LIGO’s Science Education
Center is a unique educational experience that allows students to interact with scientists and engineers practicing

real science, and to experience hands-on science through their interactive exhibit hall. LIGO in Livingston,
