CHOCOLATE AND OLIVE OIL PIE




      320 ml of milk             Using a double boiler slowly melt
      220 ml of cream            Chocolate, milk, and cream together
      650 g dark chocolate       and bring up to 160 degrees.

      320 ml extra virgin olive oil
      7 eggs                     Slowly whisk in eggs, followed by slowly
      1 - 8 inch prepared pie shell  whisking in the olive oil.

      1 cup chopped pistachios

                                 Pour mix into your pie shell and let set
                                 for 8 hours in the refrigerator before

                                 serving.



                                 Garnish with chopped pistachios. This
                                 can be served with your favorite ice

                                 cream or whip cream, it’s also great all
                                 on its own!
