Baton Rouge Conference Center is a unique facility that combines
a welcoming atmosphere for clients in need of meeting rooms for
conferences and special events. Th e West Baton Rouge Conference
Center is the place for all occasions- business or pleasure. We are
an elegant facility off ering space for groups of 10 to 450. Th e 7,000
square-foot conference center space includes a large meeting
room for accommodating 200-220 guests. Four 600 square-foot
breakout rooms and a 300 square-foot board room. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, drop-down screens and
projector, in house sound and a business center. Catering services are provided by one of ten full-service
catering companies.

Th e grand reception room is adorned in cypress doors, cabinetry and wainscoting. A brick fi replace, elegant
carpet and crisp white linens set the tone to create a once in a lifetime experience. Th e West Baton Rouge
