Shrimp Fettuccine





      1 ½ cups butter or margarine  Combine first five ingredients and

      3 onions, chopped           salt. Stirring steadily, cook 10-15
      2 bell peppers, chopped
                                  minutes. Gradually add flour and
      2 tablespoons jalapeño peppers
         (optional)               cook an additional 10-15 minutes.

      2 cloves garlic, minced     Add parsley and shrimp and cook
      ½ cup all-purpose flour     10-15 minutes longer. Add half &
      1 bunch fresh parsley       half, lemon juice and cheese – stir until blended. Stir in boiled noodles.

      3 lbs. shrimp
      1 pint half & half

      1 ounce lemon juice
      1 lb. Velveeta cheese
      Salt and cayenne pepper
        to taste
      1 lb. fettucine noodles, boiled
