Group Personal Trainer Packages Break a Plateau: Training with your friends

It is a proven fact- if you continue to do the same workout over and over again you will eventually hit a plateau. Avoid this with the best cross-training program available – occasionally hiring a personal trainer.
New packages:
Groups of 3-5..........5 sessions/$75 per person Groups of 3-5..........10 sessions/$125 per person Groups of 6-10........10 sessions/$90 per person All sessions are 45 minutes
