F.I.T. – Functional Interval Training
When you train for the dynamic, ever-changing nature of life out- side the gym, F.I.T. happens. We’ve combined the strength, speed and coordination aspects of functional training with the endurance and metabolic-boosting bene ts of interval training to bring you F.I.T.
