No boys allowed! Sorry fellas,
this one’s for girls ONLY! This intermediate/advanced program
is full body conditioning utilizing TRX®, kettlebells and dumbbells. Build strength while taxing the cardiovascular system. Participants are encouraged to have some experience with TRX® and strength training. Must attend a Kettlebell Prep workshop prior to the start of the program.
