                   Even  though  consumption  was  increased  about  11.37%  for  the  period  from  April  to
                   August during the FY 2021-22 compared with FY 2020-21 (Corona Pandemic period),
                   it was observed that 9.92% reduction in consumption and 15.48% reduction in
                   SEC  during  FY  2021-22  compared  with  FY  2019-20  for  the  same  period  from
                   April to August.
