SIGNALLING

1. Interlocking of Manned LC:

a. Carried out interlocking of existing engineering manned LC gate no 189A between
NVT-JKM section. Provided mini IPS in new service building, Solar panels,
Electrically operated lifting barrier of S&T Workshop/MFT, Emergency sliding
boom and Approach warning arrangement.

b. Carried out interlocking of existing engineering manned LC No. 12 between
BDVL-UR is interlocked and provided with EOLB of M/s Global and emergency
sliding boom.

2. Replacement of MOLB to EOLB:

Existing 05 Mechanically Operated Lifting barrier (MOLB)at interlocked LC gates
replaced with Electrically Operated Lifting barrier (EOLB) at LC155, LC189A, LC12,
LC104 & LC138. 28 Nos LC gates out of total interlocked 79 LC gates have
been completed.

3. Emergency standby Sliding Boom Barriers:

Provided emergency stand by Sliding Boom Barriers at 04 interlocked LC gates no.
142, 147, 189A & 12. 69 interlocked LC gates have been provided with sliding
booms out of total 79 interlocked LC gates in the division.
