Celebrating 7 Years

THE SACRAMENTO CHAPTER OF THE CARROUSELS
CELEBRATES 7-YEAR ANNIVERSARY
We celebrated at the Embassy Suites in downtown Sacramento. It was a
bittersweet anniversary this year because we lost one of our dear Charter
Members, Deidra Thrope Jones, to an aggressive form of Leukemia. We
memorialized Carrousel Deidra in a private ceremony and then celebrated
her at a public memorial service which was filled with lots of love. GOD swiftly
granted our dear Carrousel sister with
a golden rose and her wings.
We celebrated each other throughout the rest of our luncheon, had
icebreakers, a delicious lunch and toasted to sisterhood and friendship
and vowed to embrace each other and have fun, fun, fun for the rest of
our lives.
