4. Difference between Few and Little


                              Few is used in countable nouns. Little is used



                       in uncountable nouns.


                                     Example                                 Explanation


                        •  There are a few men in  Few for countable



                            the party.


                        •  I need a little help now.  Little for uncountable




                              Singular countable nouns can be preceded by



                       the words this, that, every, each, either, and neither,


                       while  plural  ones  are  usually  preceded  by  those,


                       some, any, enough, and zero articles.
