Engagement
With over 16 years developing, implementing and
monitoring continuous improvement programmes,
Vincent has had significant success in improving
standards and introducing more efficient & safer
ways of working.
Working closely & collaboratively with senior &
operational management, workers, union reps. and
contractors to promote a “can do” pro-active
culture where everyone takes responsibility for
safety in the workplace.
Vincent believes the most successful companies
he has worked with were those that understood
the power of engagement, where management
promoted building good relationships with their
workers and were pro-active in developing a
positive working environment.
They valued their workers as an important asset to
the success of the company, encouraging workers
to report unsafe acts, conditions and near misses
to management.
