Welfare Arrangements

• Welfare facilities are located in the offices and compound area;

• Break times shall be staggered to maintain social distancing;

• To maintain social distancing floor areas shall be marked and,

where applicable transparent screens to provide additional
protection;

• Contractors will be advised of their designated break times;

• All welfare facilities shall be regularly cleaned, disinfected and
restocked as required;

• All waste food must be cleaned from tables and placed in covered
waste bins. Do not throw waste from vehicles or other modes of

transport as it encourages vermin;

• Where an employee of a contractor maliciously damages the

welfare facilities they will be removed and any remedial/repair costs
deducted from their employers.
