• The directors and senior managers take everyone's Health and
Safety seriously and coordinate arrangements for regular workplace

monitoring by directors, manager and contractors;

• Anyone using work equipment such as machinery, mechanically
propelled plant, power tools etc. are required to complete a user
inspection and report defective equipment immediately to your line

manager so it can be replaced or repaired;

• We also a actively encourage our workers, contractors and visitors

to report near misses, any safety concerns or suggestions to your
supervisor or senior manager so we can deal with your complaints;

• Corrective actions will be dealt with by your line manager or a
member of the senior management team. Where there is a risk of
injury corrective actions will be actioned as soon as possible;

• A Safety Committee has been appointed to review and represent

the views of the workers and to promote Health and Safety. Any
complaints and suggestions are discussed and corrective actions
agreed and implemented.
