Suicide is the most common cause of death
for men aged 20 to 49 years in England and
Wales.

Belgium has the 4th highest suicide rate with
20.7 per 100,000 inhabitants,

while France the rate is 17.7.

The Person of Trust is trained to deal also
with Mental Health issues.

KNOWN TRIGGER POINTS

People often undergo significant life changes
without developing mental health issues.

But for some people changes in their work or
personal life, including unhappy events, can
prove stressful and may trigger mental ill
health, including:-.

3. Relationship breakdown

4. Having children

5. Health scares or physical illness

6. Changes at work

7. Starting a new job

8. Coping with an increased workload
