SAFETY FIRST

     SETTING AND RAISING STANDARDS

As project manager on the CSL Behring Project, I believe that everyone working on the
project has a responsibility to act and behave in such a manner to ensure the safety of themselves
and everyone working on the project so that everyone can work safely without the risk of injury.

We are in challenging times, particularly with the COVID pandemic which affects everyone. It is
important we all comply with social distancing rules and wear face coverings in accordance with
legal requirements but also to meet the requirements of Jacobs, our client.

We need to work collectively as a team to make this project a success and maintain our excellent
safety record on the project. We expect all our workers to go home at the end of the day/shift

safe, but it means everyone working for STS to take personal ownership and responsibility. No job
is so urgent that it cannot be planned with safety as the priority.

I am committed to providing the resources, support and promote a Safety-First culture and trust
you will support STS Management to achieve our goal.

     Thanks for your support

     Bryan McNamara
