SAFETY CODE of CONDUCT



    ● To maintain the high standards of Health and Safety on the project, Jacobs, the client
       and STS have a CODE of CONDUCT, which everyone must comply with;


    ● We do not want anyone removed from site however, we cannot have anyone not
       complying with the minimum safety requirements either;


    ● You have to take personal ownership of your own safety and that of any other person
       who may be affected by your actions;


    DISCIPLINE CODE


    ● Any work at height violations will result in immediate removal from site;


    ● In addition, the names of anyone observed failing to comply with the STS and Jacobs
       policies will be recorded;


    ● On a repeat offence, the workers name will be recorded and a warning issued, the
       offenders name will be placed on the “watch list” and a meeting held with the hiring
       contractors management team;


    ● A third offence results in removal from site;


    ● Note, the above is for guidance purposes, for serious offences a worker may be
       removed from site on a first offence.
