Overview

With over 20 years experience in Health and Safety Management and working for
some large corporate companies including the Bank of Ireland, the Lagan Group,
Advanex Europe, Wilko Retail trading and the Taggart Group as well as small
medium enterprises.

Vincent's experience covers a wide variety of industries including construction,
quarrying, manufacturing, industrial safety, banking and associated retail sectors.
He has built a strong reputation of developing and implementing bespoke Health,
Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems and continuous
improvement programmes that have rapidly and significantly improved standards,
increased revenue for the companies he worked for becoming the preferred
contractor which helped them win more lucrative contracts.

One of the companies he worked for in Ireland was asked by the Health and Safety
Authority to represent Ireland in an international Health and Safety “Good Practice”
award which they were successful in winning.

Vincent is a strategic planner, has a good eye and attention to detail, an excellent
communicator at all levels.

Vincent also has several years experience in site management at site and project
management levels.
