Personal Profile

Vincent has had a very successful career in Health and Safety for more than 20 years with
experience at holding senior management position including Group Health, Safety, Environmental
and Quality Manager and has managed a small team of Safety Officers.

He is very organised, self motivated, a team player but likes taking the lead on difficult projects,
enjoys challenges and very results driven. He takes a hands on, pro-active approach to Health and
Safety, believing that good planning, employee engagement supported by a robust Management
System, underpinned by a strong risk management strategy are the key to successful Health and
Safety Management.

Vincent is a born leader, commercially aware and can visualise problems and provide cost-effective
solutions with well thought out reasoning behind his decision making process. He delivers what he
promises and has developed an effective management system that has always delivered rapid
results through a programme of training including 1-2-1 coaching, practical demonstrations, worker
engagement and developing company strategies as part of a continual improvement programme.

He has an excellent working knowledge of the Construction (Design Management) Regulations
2015 at pre-construction stage and throughout the construction phases of a project, with several
year experience working client and principal contractor sides and managing contractors.

He has excellent communication skills at all levels and has developed and delivered training
programmes with interactive content for management and workers to make training an enjoyable
experience. He is passionate about Health and Safety and enjoys working with his colleagues to
improve standards and encourages buy-in from managers and workers through engagement and
working closely with them and provide competent advice on Health, Safety matters.

Vincent is innovative and likes to utilise technology to improve efficiencies, manage contractors,
reporting and accident investigation,
