On the weekend another
dog arrived. This guy was
bigger than the usual farm-
stay chums but the Gang
had met him another time
when he’d stayed.
His name was Scooby and
of course the Dogparents
took great delight in
constantly saying “Scooby-
Doo, where are you?” And
then replying “Overr He-
ere!”
Pippa thought he was the
handsome-est guy she’d ever
seen! Her head was quite turned.
She followed Scooby when he
went into the creek and engaged
him in games of chasey where she
didn’t try too hard to avoid him
catching her.
Scooby was also a destroyer of balls. He’d crunch them up in his big powerful
jaws until they split. They didn’t throw too well then and poor Tucker was
devastated that he couldn’t play ball unimpeded.
