                                        The  Idea  of  her  being so  upset  because

                                        the  dogs  jumped  on  her 1          Why,  they
                                        are  always  jumping  on  her/'

                                           “  I  don’t  wonder  at  all,”  answered
                                        Wilifred’s  mamma,         “  I  saw  you  as  you

                                        drove  up  to  the  house,  and  the  moment
                                        she  got  out  of  the  carriage  the  whole

                                        pack  flew  at  her,  and  almost  knocked

                                        her  down.       I Vn  sure  ft  would  have
                                        made  me  very  nervous.”

                                          /‘ Of  course;  but  Wilifred’s  nerves
                                        are  those  of  a  strong,  healthy  child.       It
