      XIX. GRADING


                 REQUIREMENTS                           DECISION

      XX.  HONORS AND AWARDS


      Prime recognizes exemplary academic performance of students. The list of Honors
      is posted at the end of the semester on the school's information boards.

      1. Academic Excellence Award
        The following criteria is observed to determine student eligibility for academic
        excellence   honors at the end of each semester:
            General Average           Award
               98%- 100%        With Highest Honor
               95% - 97%          With High Honor
               90%- 94%             With Honor
      In addition, the following conditions have to be met:
      a. Student must not have committed any major offense during the academic year;
      b. Student must have no grade lower than 85% in any subject for the semester; and
      c. Student must be a member of any recognized organization of the Senior of the
      high School.
