XII. PENALTIES AND DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Disciplinary measures must be abided in order to instill self-discipline, peace and
order, law and justice.
Authority to Impose Discipline.
1. Discipline Committee composed of the School Head, Administrator, Adviser
and Subject Teacher concerned shall be vested the authority to deliberate on
disciplinary cases and recommend the corresponding corrective measure/s for
serious offenses or violations.
2. The teacher has the authority to impose on the spot proportionate disciplinary
measures to pupils/students committing minor infractions.
3. Serious infractions of regulations shall be reported through the Class Adviser
to the School Head for the final and proper action.
4. Corporal punishment is absolutely prohibited.
XIII. THE SCHOOL'S AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
I. Under ordinary circumstance, any act committed outside the school campus
is the responsibility of the parents; however, if and when such act has direct
effect on the school, the case comes under the school jurisdiction and warrants
the school's disciplinary actions.
2. Conduct curing inter-school and out-of-school affairs like curricular and
co-curricular activities are within the school's area of responsibility.
XIV. COMPUTER LABORATORY
1. Students should follow an orderly line in coming in and going out of the
computer laboratory.
2. Computers should be handled with care; any damage should be reported at
once by the person concerned.
3. Students are not allowed to stand by inside the computer laboratory except
during his/her classes.
4. Students are not allowed to bring their foods and drinks inside the computer
laboratory.
