1. Smoking and possession, use, distribution of cigarettes in
campus and its immediate vicinity or in any official activity 1 2 3
outside the school campus.

3. Gambling in any form within the school premises. 1 2 3
4. Vandalism such as tearing off any book or magazine,
writing or drawing on the walls, tables, and armchairs,
breaking glass windows and electrical gadgets, 1 2 3
unauthorized removal of posters and notices, and other
similar acts.

5. Deliberate disruption of the academic function or school
activity which tends to create disorder, tumult, breach of

peace or serious disturbance not necessarily concerned
with any academic function or school activity.

6. Cheating during examinations, quizzes, or test. 1 2 3
7. Inflicting physical injuries upon another within the

school premises.

8. Frequent violations of the norms of conduct, rules on

uniform, attendance and tardiness.
9. Immoral conduct in and out of the school:
a. Bringing of pornographic materials and magazines
b. Uttering and using indecent language

d. Deliberately looking, touching, or exhibiting one’s or
another’s private parts
