II. CREATION OF CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE
A committee chaired by the Class Adviser and Class Officer are task to implement
in the following responsibilities:
1. Maintain Order and Discipline inside the classroom particularly in-between
periods.
2. Maintain Order and Discipline during line formation, assemblies, and social or
civic formations.
3. Assist Subject teachers in maintaining classroom discipline.
4. Report students violating rules and regulations during their classes.
5. Act as Section Spokesman
III. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Students as members of the school must endeavor to create an atmosphere
favorable to learning and human development. Thus, students who violate rules
and regulations posed by the School Administration merit disciplinary actions. The
school believes and adheres to democratic principles thus; all students are given
due process before they are given the necessary sanctions. The school has the
light to place on probation, suspend or expel any student guilty of any violation of
school rules and regulations. A committee on discipline will investigate, analyze,
evaluate, and try cases involving major offenses.
The Committee on Discipline will be composed of the following:
1. The School Head
2. The School Administrator
3. The Adviser
4. The Subject Teacher Concerned
The Committee on Discipline shall execute all rules and regulations, take
cognizance of all complaints, conduct investigations and try cases involving major
offenses by the students.
The School Head shall give her approval on findings and recommendations of the
Committee.
The Adviser shall take cognizance of the minor complaints shall deliberate and take
proper actions concerning all minor offenses. The Adviser also has the responsibility
of reporting all the offenses committed by his/her students. He/she is responsible in
orienting and making use that his/her students KNOW and FOLLOW all the school
rules and regulations.
The Parents/guardians of an erring student must be informed of their
son's/daughter's case and be present on a conference called by the School Head.
