      V. ANTI-BULLYING POLICY


      Bullying refers to any SEVERE, or REPEATED use by one or more students of WRITTEN,
      VERBAL,  or  ELECTRONIC  EXPRESSION,  or  a  PHYSICAL  ACT  or  GESTURE,  or  ANY
      COMBINATION thereof, directed to another student that has the effect of actually
      causing or placing the latter in reasonable fear of physical or emotional harm or
      damage  to his  property; creating  a  hostile environment  at school  for  the other
      student; infringing on the rights of another school; or materially and substantially
      disrupting the education process or the orderly operation of school; such as, but
      not limited to, the following:

      1. Physical Contact - punching, pushing, pulling, shoving, kicking, slapping, tickling,
      headlocks, inflicting school pranks„ teasing, fighting and the use of available
      objects as weapons.

      2. Any act that causes damage to a victim’s psyche and/or emotional well-being.

      3. Any slanderous statement or accusation that causes the victim undue distress.
      4. Cyber-bullying - any bullying through the use of electronic gadgets which
      results to harassment, intimidation, or humiliation.



      I.  MINOR OFFENCES AND SANCTIONS

      The following are considered minor offense and shall be given disciplinary sanction
      by the Adviser and/or the Subject teacher:
          1. Eating in the classroom during class and lunch time; students are given
          designated area, which is the school canteen, to take their lunch.
          2. Buying and Selling goods, tickets, and other commodities without permission
          from the Administrative Office .
          3. Littering.
          4. Wearing immodest attire like plunging, necklines, short shorts, hanging
          blouse, micro-miniskirts and dresses, bareback and backless, too tight shorts,
          pants, jeans and sandos, T-shirt with obscene drawings suggesting sex,
          violence and unchristian attitudes.
          5. Running, Shouting, and Playing in the corridors and stairs.
          6. Bringing domesticated pet animals like dogs, cats, snakes, etc.
          7. Any other minor offenses not specifically stated here are considered minor
          offense by the Administration.
