XV. FLAG CEREMONY
The Flag Ceremony signals the start of classes; therefore, ALL STUDENTS, TEACHERS,
and EMPLOYEES MUST BE PRESENT IN THE FLAG CEREMONY. During the Flag everybody
is expected to observe the following:
1. Punctual and Orderly assembly for line formation.
2. Straight lining-up
3. RECITING the Morning Prayers and the Panatang
Makabayan with respect and unison. SINGING the National Anthem
4. Orderly and Silently passing in going to the classroom.
XVII. SUSPENSION of CLASSES
l. PBMA will follow the declaration of class suspension from DepEd and/or the
City of Dagupan.
2. All academic and social activities in the Senior High School will be
automatically suspended when typhoon signal number two (2) is raised
3. PBMA administration can suspend academic and social school activities if
student safety is threatened. This can be done even if there is no typhoon signal.
4. If the government allows PBMA the discretion to suspend classes, official shall
be posted within the school remises and official school Facebook page.
5. PBMA reserves the right to extend the school calendar to make up for class
days missed in case of class: suspension.
XVIII. EXAMINATIONS
l. Announcement of Examinations
Students are informed of the examination dates through official announcement
at least two (2) weeks before the schedule.
2. Special Examinations
In case a student fails to take any of the examinations due to a sickness or an
approved absence, his/her subject teacher may schedule special examinations
duly approved by the principal. If such is the case, the student is expected to
communicate the circumstance of his/her absence to the subject teacher or
academic coordinator.
