WHAT TO EXPECT

CONTRACT

Methods to accept and confirm your project or service:

▪ Electronic email confirmation of the quotation.

▪ Sign original contract, scan and email back to us.

▪ Alternatively, we can drop off a paper copy for your signature and approval.

SCHEDULE

▪ A schedule will be set up for material and bin arrival.

▪ A project start date will be agreed upon.

▪ Variables such as weather may be a factor.

▪ We will keep in touch and discuss any changes to your proposed schedule.

AGREEMENT

HOMEOWNER AGREES TO:

▪ Allow access to work site when scheduled.

▪ Permit delivery of material and equipment.

▪ Permit work to commence and continue until completion.

▪ Be mindful of all breakable items inside your home, including hanging pictures and
items on shelves. To err on the side of caution please remove items prior to the
commencement of work.

▪ Not place debris of any kind into the bin we provide for material disposal. Waste
material is recycled and cannot be cross contaminated.

▪ Notify us of pets or any other concern you may have while we are working on your
home.

▪ Communicate with our office with any questions or concerns during your renovation.
