WHAT TO EXPECT

AGREEMENT

ACTION AGREES TO:

▪ Supply & install all material and labor needed to complete the project. All work will be
performed by qualified installers in a professional manner.

▪ Communicate at each step of the process, informing customer of material delivery, start date,
estimated time of completion, bin delivery and pick-up.

▪ Complete work in a timely manner, barring weather delays, minimizing interruption to
customers’ use and enjoyment of property.

▪ Follow all OHS & ACTION Safety protocol to ensure a safe worksite.

▪ Provide an organized and clean worksite daily.

▪ Upon completion, worksite will be left free of debris and disposal bin will promptly be
removed.

▪ During the installation process Action will communicate any issues that may arise

(i.e. replacement of rotten wood on eave edge) keeping the customer appraised of extra costs
that may occur.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
▪ A deposit will be accepted upon delivery of material by
- e-transfer
- credit card
- pick up a check at your home
- drop off a check at our office

▪ ACTION is an Alberta Licensed Pre-Paid Contractor supported by a Surety Bond for your
assurance.

▪ Upon completion, an Action Team member will schedule an inspection. It is not necessary that
you are present for this inspection unless you choose to be.

▪ Once your project is approved, you will receive your invoice and the balance owing via email or
paper copy. The balance of the Contract is to be paid upon completion.

▪ We accept credit card payments for your entire project!

▪ Action will register your Extended Warrantee and add the number to your invoice. The
Manufacturer will mail you a paper confirmation of the Warrantee. You can expect this within 6
to 8 weeks.
