In our work-a-day world we can lose sight of our blessings.
The negativity around us can start to drag us down and, before you
know it, the “woe is me” syndrome can set in. We are no different; it’s
human nature. After a time, things start to come into focus, and we
realize we can make the best of what we have or move on to other
opportunities.
The employment and benefit packages you have with the federal
government are some of the best in the world. Of course, nothing is
perfect, and we have to take the good with bad. When it comes to your
employee benefits, it is clear that there is a lot more positive than there
is negative. The key to being content with your benefits is eliminating
the confusion and taking advantage of all that it can be. Be thankful,
because with any career there will be ups and downs. This is something
