Scenario 3:



        Housing Cooperative





        This scenario assumes the building is ow-
        ned by a housing cooperative, and mana-

        ged by a collective of citizens, both people
        that  live in the  building  and volunteers
        from the neighborhood. They work toge-
        ther to maintain the building and organize
        a  variety  of  programs  that  are  beneficial
        to both  the  neighborhood and the  inha-
        bitants.  This  is  the  only  scenario  which
        includes  housing for undocumented  mi-
        grants.  In  both  other  scenarios  it  would
        be challenging to work around existing le-
        gislation, which does not allow renting to

        people who haven’t obtained the necessary
        legal documents. This scenario ecompas-
        ses the possibility to reserve a couple of ro-
