Management Plan Workshop

PUTRAJAYA, 8 October 2021 - A Management Plan Workshop was organized by Management
Tower, NIISe Contractor from 8 to 9 October 2021 at Zenith Hotel, Putrajaya. This workshop was
held to improve and strengthen the management plans develop for NIISe Project.

Among the activities carried out during the workshop was brainstorming session regarding
matters that can improve the quality of the management plans. The objective of the development
of management plans is as a reference document and guide for the NIISe Project Team to ensure
more comprehensive project implementation.

This workshop involving Pasukan Petugas Khas (PPK) Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA),
Independent Project Management Team (IPM), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
Team and NIISe Contractor.
