2.4 WHAT DRIVES US

The Tax services rendered at OneSource VIP Services has been for a very long time the passionate job

of Tiwana Bell, the founder of OneSource VIP Services. Tiwana worked in a tax office for two tax
seasons. She wanted to be boss of her own, so she opened OneSource VIP Services to provide tax

preparation and e-filing services to her friends, family and local acquaintances in and around Madison
County, IL. At first, to enable her to gather fund for startup, she worked as a freelance Graphic & Web

designer and saved $10,000 of her own money to start the project. She filed enough tax returns in 2019
to replace the $10,000 she invested and was able to store a little away for next tax season. She worked

hard and gained a great reputation over the next two years and now plans to open three additional

locations in 2022.

Having already gone through years of experience in field, being a lover of quality and one who values

self-reliance, she no longer enjoys not being in charge as she delivers services to clients and she ventured
into setting up his own tattoo studio in other to revolutionize the industry. Her major drive is not to just

to start the business but to also grow it into a bigger version.
